Everything you put into Yodil — stories, photos, videos, recordings, documents — remains yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store it, back it up, and show it to you and the people you choose to share it with. We claim no other rights over your content.
Yodil provides private archiving of personal and family memories, sharing with people you invite, and related features such as maps, family trees, and optional AI writing assistance. We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but like any online service we can’t promise uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided “as is.” Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Yodil is designed for personal, family use — don’t use it to store unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans and their prices are described on the pricing page. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. If we ever discontinue Yodil, we will give you notice and a way to export your archive first — your memories will never simply vanish.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
